I wanted to recognize Anita for her calling me back in the early hours of April 28th! We had a really loud noise coming from our garage at 2 AM and come to find out, it was the water heater making a lot of noise. I had to call CPS to make sure that it wasn’t a gas leak and they came out and inspected everything and said that it was not one. I called the emergency after hours number after I had dealt with CPS to let them know that we had this issue going on and Anita called me back shortly thereafter. From there, Anita was able to get all of the necessary work orders started to try to find out what the problem was here at the property that we are staying at. She was very helpful and very kind during this time for us. I just wanted to say thank you so much Anita, you are awesome!
