D’ANN HARPER

Born in Whitsett, Texas, D’Ann Harper spent her early years on a ranch, where she and her family branded cattle and harvested hay. After graduating from Three Rivers High School, she pursued business studies in San Antonio, where she met and married her life partner, Herbert E. Harper Jr. Together, they nurtured their two daughters while simultaneously establishing one of Texas's most thriving and comprehensive real estate enterprises. Even today, D’Ann remains actively engaged in cattle ranching, motivating her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to strive for excellence, and giving back to the community she has dedicated her lifetime to serving.

D’Ann Harper embarked on her real estate journey in 1978 when she commenced her career with Bob Jones Realty in San Antonio, Texas. In 1986, she took the bold step of opening her first modest office, which steadily expanded over the following years. In 1989, D’Ann forged a partnership with Coldwell Banker®, acquiring two local offices in San Antonio, which housed 18 Sales Agents. Over time, the company flourished and currently boasts more than 550 Sales Agents operating across multiple markets, including Bandera, Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Laredo, New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos, Spring Branch, and Victoria.

While D’Ann remains the CEO of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, Leesa Rispoli now shoulders the day-to-day operations as President and Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. D’Ann still contributes her leadership and visionary insights to the company's culture in various capacities. Leesa recently highlighted points of pride in her role as a licensed REALTOR® and in the company as a whole, stating, "Our training program, innovative marketing strategies, and cutting-edge technology tools are sources of immense pride. I genuinely believe we offer world-class resources and systems that empower our Sales Agents to compete and excel daily. Furthermore, D’Ann and I make it a priority to personally connect with every new hire during their training.
