Vanessa comes from a family background of entrepreneurs in the flooring business, starting with her late grandfather Ray Sr. and her uncle Oscar Gonzales Sr., the owner of (P.F.I) Professional Flooring Installation. Established in the late 80s, watching their business grow gave her a love for the industry at a young age and an insight into professionalism and determination.
