"Steve and Courtney were recommended to us when we were selling our Dallas home and needed to find a new residence in San Antonio. Courtney soon understood our needs and selected a number of homes for us to consider. Almost all the homes met our criteria for price, size, and location. It didn't take long for us to find the right property. Courtney was instrumental in putting us in touch with various tradespeople to hire for updating – and recommended the total amount we should invest. We took out the existing floor tile on the main level and replaced with wood, we redid the entire kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops and tile backsplash. We installed new light fixtures, hardware, pull out shelves, sinks, toilets and removed the popcorn ceiling in addition to painting the interior and exterior of the home. Unfortunately, our stay in San Antonio was short-lived due to a job offer. Of course, we called Courtney and within two weeks we were under contract at our asking price. Courtney went above and beyond in providing assistance, suggestions, and advice prior to listing our home. Courtney and Steve are not only professionals but a couple that we consider friends."
