He was very upfront about his roles and responsibilities, thoroughly explained each document at our first meeting, and gave me a great explanation of how the process works. He was also highly praised by a co-worker who had recently purchased a house with Jason -- he did not disappoint!<br />It was my first time purchasing a home and he walked me through it step-by-step, making it feel more manageable. Jason was also very honest about his advice, from not only his experience as a realtor, but as a homeowner! He was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and some of my very short notice requests to see a house. He also provided me a lot of data (recent sales, rentals, and images) that helped me not only put offers together but also baseline what my expectations could be if I ever needed to rent my home in the future.
