About Garrett Billman

Garrett Billman was born and raised in the great state of Texas and has spent over 25 years in the greater San Antonio area. Having lived in all corners of San Antonio and the surrounding areas, Garrett has the knowledge and passion to match his clients with the perfect home for their needs and the ideal location. Garrett is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, which taught Garrett many valuable lessons. He serves his clients with the same work ethic, dedication, and integrity required of a Marine. Garrett exemplifies the “Semper Gumby” mantra, meaning “Always Flexible.” He is resourceful and has a knack for problem-solving to get his clients their dream homes.

Garrett has previously served as a project manager for a national home builder and a custom home estimator for a local San Antonio builder, giving him an extensive range of services and a keen eye for master-developed neighborhoods or intricate custom homes. When not assisting his clients, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife, Alison, and their cherished golden retriever, Miley. With family values at their center, Garrett and Alison spend time with their immediate and extended families almost every weekend. Even when not with a client, Garrett and Alison spend extra time perusing various homes and neighborhoods anywhere from Floresville to Kerrville.
