We never felt pressured to see other homes we did not ask to view/tour; we were not forced to consider higher/lower sales pricing given our pre-qualification/approval range, and we were never pressured into signing/agreeing to terms and conditions unfavorable to us throughout the entire process. Moreover, Andrew was also extremely flexible when working with Navy Federal Credit Union during "unprecedented" times, which included a nearly 43-day federal government shutdown postponing our house search/closing timelines, the typical "bad" timing of seasonal holidays (October through December) with multiple people out of office and on vacation, and in working with a 'tough' Seller's Realtor/Representative ensuring he prioritized us and our interests first and foremost. We will definitely stay in touch with Andrew for future real estate needs, and likewise hope to bring him more business from other Active Duty Service Members relocating to/from the Joint Base San Antonio area.
