During our first phone communication, she explained how the process will go, what I need to prepare and approximately how long it might take. It happened exactly as she explained. For us being first buyers buying a new build, she knew exactly what questions to ask the builder, how to negotiate to not only get us a great rate but also helped us get everything we asked the builder for. She was a very helpful during the walk through, spotting things that we missed, insisting that the builder fix things and abide to their promise. She was also very resourceful as she gave us a list of inspectors and also educated us on home warranties and home care. Trudy is truly a trustworthy realtor, transparent and knowledgeable.
