I earned a BBA in Marketing/Management & have over 25 yrs of business, sales & marketing experience. My sales background has given me hands on experience of being a STRONG NEGOTIATOR! I worked for a luxury home real estate company in Austin, TX for 4 yrs as their Marketing Director & then continued my career by starting my own event/wedding coordinating business. Over 10 yrs, I coordinated & hosted over 850 events/weddings, big & small. I organized every detail & ensured that I kept my clients STRESS-FREE throughout the entire process while offering top notch service. This service has carried through into my real estate career today.

 

I was honored to be a Director at a large retirement community in San Antonio & I am excited to have received the SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. I have the experience & knowledge working w/ 55 adults & enjoy assisting them in any real estate or downsizing need. I have worked personally with many of the same affiliations/organizations as seniors through my daughter who has special needs. I am also a chosen Preferred Agent with 55Places.com which helps seniors locate retirement communities throughout the nation. I am very knowledgeable about retirement communities in the area and consider myself an expert. 

 

I have worked hard to have recently earned Coldwell Banker's Luxury Property Specialist Certification for Global Luxury and The Institute's CLHMS™ designation. Selling & buying in the luxury market has always been a goal of mine.

 

I also have earned my ABR® - Accredited Buyers Representative designation. I have the knowledge needed to help buyers with the utmost service & care possible. I am a Cartus Network Certified Agent & I can help you buy & sell real estate anywhere! I have earned the MRP® - Military Relocation Professional designation. My husband served in the military as well as several other family members. I appreciate those who have served our country! Living in Military City, USA (San Antonio), I have been fortunate to work with many military families. I enjoy being able to SERVE them! I am also a certified Historic Home Specialist through the City of San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation.

 

I'm a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, the Texas Real Estate Commission & the National Association of REALTORS®. I am honored to have received several top awards in the wedding industry and with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, REALTORS®. I stay very active in the community through my children's affiliations with The Boy Scouts of America, Any Baby Can, & CAMP Camp as well as personal affiliations as a Daughter of the Republic of Texas (DRT), Jacqueline Smith Foundation, member of Concordia Lutheran Church, member of 100 Women of San Antonio, First Friday member, & my sorority alumnae (Delta Gamma). My husband, a Purple Heart recipient, served in the military along with many other family members.
