About Samantha Soares

Samantha Soares, REALTOR®, is a real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. Born and raised in Kingston Jamaica, Samantha has always been a hard worker and people person. She migrated to the United States as a teenager where she began her career in the hotel industry where she worked in customer service and sales. With over two decades of helping people, Samantha has the skills that translate easily into the real estate industry. Samantha is married to a United State Marine who served almost twenty three years, and is now retired. Together they have one child. A charming, smart and funny little boy who is four years old. Being married to a Marine, Samantha understands the unique challenges that comes with a military life. She has worked with many military families to help them find homes that meet their needs and budgets, and is committed to making the Relocation process as smooth as possible. When she is not crafting or cooking, she is active in her community or at her son's school and donates to the ASPCA. Samantha is excited to join the D'Ann Harper family and is ready to provide you with the best service in town!
