Kristen Salazar, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®, brings a deep passion for service, an impressive professional background, and a heart for people to every real estate transaction. Born into a military family and raised across Guam, Oklahoma, New York, and Texas, Kristen has called San Antonio home for over 30 years. With a master’s degree in business and 15 years as the owner of a staffing firm helping individuals with disabilities gain financial independence, she understands the power of stability—and the importance of having a place to call home.

Kristen is deeply embedded in the community through her tireless volunteer work. She has served as District Governor for Rotary, and currently sits on the Boards for CAMP CAMP and Reaching Maximum Independence. She also serves families affected by incarceration, foster care, disability, and housing insecurity. Her strong sense of empathy, paired with her unmatched work ethic and organization, ensures her clients receive responsive, honest, and thorough guidance from start to finish.
