Residential, Land and Ranch, CommercialGaines Slade, REALTOR® joins Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® (CBDHR) as the Vice President of CBDHR’s Land & Ranch Division. As an accredited Land Specialist, Gaines has produced over $90 million in sales over the past four years. In addition to Gaines’s reputable sales, Gaines is an FFA Part 107 Drone Pilot, a National Deer Association Steward, and has sold over 130 Texas ranches in the past 3 years.
Gaines experienced first-hand knowledge of exotic hunting, ranch, and land while growing up in the beautiful piney woods of the Alabama Blackbelt. Alongside his father and brother, Gaines discovered his passion for chasing whitetails at the age of 16. A graduate of Auburn University, Gaines earned the knowledge and credibility to run his own business for over a decade. Gaines lives in Boerne, TX with his wife, Jana, and daughter, Emmy. In his free time, he enjoys learning, managing, and chasing whitetails. Combining his passion with his career, Gaines spent four years producing outdoor TV allowing him to learn about whitetail habitats, tendencies, and tactics across the U.S. and Canada. Gaines currently manages ± 11,000-acre Sporting Club in Kansas with the vision of growing and hunting mature whitetails, in addition to running a boutique seed for duck hunters called Golden Millet with his brother. Gaines brings his decades of knowledge and passion for land and ranch to CBDHR with the vision to expand the division and to help others realize the dream of owning land.
