Bill Gardner brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to East Texas to his role as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. Originally from the Lake Sam Rayburn area, Bill relocated to be closer to his new grandchild and to return to his home region. His family has been part of this community since the 1840s, providing him with an intimate understanding of the land and culture that shapes the unique character of East Texas.

With a background in all aspects of residential construction and over 30 years of experience in ministry, Bill has developed a strong foundation in client relations and community engagement. As a Platinum Top 50 Finalist in 2023, he demonstrates his commitment to excellence in real estate. He holds a GRI designation and has served as the Vice President of Residential Sales for 2024-2025. His specialized knowledge of the East Texas lakes area positions him to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence.
