About Ashley Verastegui

Ashley Verastegui is a passionate REALTOR® who has worked with buyers and sellers in San Antonio and the surrounding communities for close to a decade. She originally started her career in lending, helping hundreds of families on their home ownership journeys. Her time working with housing loans now allows her to best advise clients on various purchase and loan types such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, cash, or lot/land purchases. Past clients and colleagues alike describe Ashley as a consummate professional, easy-to-talk-to extrovert, and a delight to work with. Originally raised in the Hill Country and spending much of her time in San Antonio, Ashley was nurtured in a single-parent household and was the first to graduate college in her family.

 

After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice; she went on to discover her joy in real estate. As she continued to grow into her purpose, Ashley was thrilled to become part of the Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, REALTORS® family. She now takes great pride in assisting both buyers and sellers, continually focused on providing the highest-quality customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
