August 8, 2016 - P. Steelman - I used Cheryl Morris. It was the best thing I ever did. Cheryl was attentive and LISTENED to me. She only took me to properties she new I would like and she was always in communication with me on what I needed and would need. She also made sure I understood everything that I was signing and procedures going forward with buying a home. Being a first time home buyer was intimidating for me, but Cheryl made it a breeze. I could not have gone through this without her and her expertise. She found me a home that I Love.

As a native of the Boerne area and a previous resident of San Antonio, Cheryl is knowledgeable about the unique markets in both areas, as well as the surrounding areas of Leon Springs, The Dominion, and Fair Oaks Ranch. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Incarnate Word, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Cheryl has taught as a preschool reading teacher and worked as an audit accountant. Cheryl has been married to her husband Shawn for eighteen years and they have four children. She spends her time giving back to various nonprofits in the community and working on her latest home remodeling project.
