Andrew Tolan, a REALTOR ® with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper REALTORS ®, grew up in the age of the text message, but his passion is developing strong, meaningful, face-to-face relationships with people. Specifically, making you feel comfortable with him and making the home buying/selling process as easy and stress-free as possible.

When Andrew was going through the 200-plus hours of required real estate training, he was commonly asked why someone would want to work with him. To Andrew, the process was more about you, the customer, and your needs, wants and desires and, as we say at Coldwell Banker, putting the customer's best interests above all.
